When you create an Operator Sue line, you will receive a text message from Sue welcoming you to your line. Add this to your contacts! (it may come from a funny looking number or look like an email address - don't worry, just save it) This is how you'll reach your line.
To send a message out to the people on your line:
Simply reply to your welcome message, or send a new text message to your line using the contact you just added. Your text messages may contain up to 120 characters.
Some helpful actions:
To use these actions, just send a text message with the action item to your line's number.
#help - receive a reminder list of these actions
#stop - disconnect from the line
#add PHONENUMBER USERNAME - add another person to your line (you can only add one person at a time), so if you want to add your friend Jenny with her phone number 5558675309, send this text message: #add 5558675309 Jenny
#remove USERNAME - disconnect someone from the line, so if you want to remove Bob from your line, send this text message: #remove Bob
#name USERNAME - change your username on this line, so if you want to change your username to Joe, send this text message: #name Joe
#who - receive a list of all the people currently on your line
#kill - deletes and deactivates the line (only the line creator can do this)

Is your carrier not supported? Let Sue know (her email is below).
Does Sue charge any additional text messaging fees? No, there are no additional per message fees for using the Operator Sue service. Standard text messaging rates apply from your carrier.
If I send a text to my line with 8 people on it, does it count as sending 8 texts from my phone? No, every text you send out to your line only counts as one text message sent from your phone. Sue takes care of delivering the rest of the texts to your line members.
Will Operator Sue work on my phone? Operator Sue will work on any phone that can send/receive text messages. There's no software or app to download, and you don't need a fancy smart phone. If you can send and receive text messages, you can use Operator Sue.
Why are some texts delayed when sent out to my line? When Sue receives your text, she sends it out to everyone on your line right away. At this point, it's up to each carrier to deliver the text to everyone's phone. Sometimes carriers are bogged down and some texts may be delayed more than others.
Do you have any other questions? If so, let Sue know (her email is below).
